Its a leek and potato kind of day

Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland - Where I help volunteer on Mondays
Hi everyone - it's Monday - again lol.  It sure does come around fast.  I arrived two weeks ago today, and the days have just disappeared.  How come when you are at work, the days drag on but when you are doing something fun they go by so fast?  Well my monday was a nice one.  Got up and had some breakfast and a bath.  Got dressed and went for a walk, with a stop at the grocery store to pick up ingredients to make leek & potato soup for dinner.  After I got home, my mom and I left to go work at the charity shop for a few hours.  Was a fun afternoon with Val, Louise, and my mom.  Once we got home, I got busy making the leek and potato soup, and boy was it yummy.  I need to make it more often at home.  Oh I forgot I am not going home hahahahahaha.
Tomorrow we are going for a walk in the morning, then headed to North Berwick on the bus.  North Berwick is another seaside town about 12 miles from Dunbar.  It has a lot of charity and quaint little shops, so we are going to aimlessly wander.  My dad is going along too so we will do some sightseeing around the harbor as well.  So look for some photos tomorrow night.
If you have been leaving me comments on my blog, they aren't showing up.  I only realized that after my brother told me that he was leaving me comments, but for some reason they are going into outer space somewhere....lol.  So if you have anything to say about the blog, leave me a message on my Scotland page on Facebook.  That way I will be able to see them and can reply to it.
Night all :-)
